1993 1993 Hess Patrol Car This year bought the first car by Hess as well as being a little larger in scale then previous models. The Hess Patrol Car features working head and tail lights, red, blue and yellow flashing emergency lights and 2 different realilistic siren sounds. Simultaneous flashing lights and pulsating headlights with illuminated Hess logos. Car requires 2 "C" batteries. Approx. 10" long.
